I highly recommend him. He got my Concord going in less than 10 minutes and for less than $20.
European Jewellery, dealers for Concord, tried to scam me for $625 after putting a dead battery (also the wrong one)into my watch and when it wouldn't run told me that the movement was shot and had to be overhauled. It would take several weeks to several months.
Mr. Phung diagnosed the problem in minutes, replaced the battery, put it on his black box to confirm that it was working properly and sent me on my way. It has kept perfect time ever since and looks great on my wrist.
I trust and respect this man.
Will never deal with European Jewellery again.
