I was in Wests yesterday November 14 in the afternoon.I was not greeted by the sales ladies. They stood at the till the whole time I was there gossiping about someone else. I was in there a good 20-30 minutes and was not once asked if I needed help. This store lost a sale and I am telling everyone about the bad service in this store. Shop in our own town???? With this kind of service I think not.
