Worked as a labourer for them for a maybe a few months, the pay is good the hours are not bad. I missed a couple days of work with good reasons one being road conditions and the other mechanical failure of my personal vehicle therefore i was laid off for being unreliable. management needs to mature and that they need to respect who they hire instead of belittling them when mistakes are made. ( i was using a faulty skidsteer and resulted in dropping a couple empty propane tanks off a wood pallet). Also used a faulty janky old compressor and blast pot i had to make do on some coating projects. Maybe possible to progress in the company but i didn't see it.
