Mission Statement To provide facilities and services that are consistent with the needs of the individuals and organizations in the community within the guidelines of Policy and within the limitations dictated by staffing considerations and the availability of resources. To accept as a primary objective of the Ontario Library Services the assurance of equal access to library resources for all citizens, regardless of their ability to pay or the nature of the format To promote the Libraries within the community and to actively encourage the widest possible use of their services and facilities.
