Wallnuts Expressive Catering was established in 2002 with a passion for fresh food and uniquely creative ways to serve it. An obsession with food shows, pouring over a library of cookbooks and food mags and travelling keeps these movers and shakers up-to-date on food trends. Owner Laurie Wall has labeled herself a "Celebrationist" and is Regina's go-to person to coordinate the absolute best events!
