Wahl Water, Mindemoya, ON

Jeff Wahl and his employees did a terrible job installing our water line & pump system in Lake Huron. Now my water line is floating on the surface of the lake at risk of damage from boaters & other people on the lake. We knew there was going to be a problem because our neighbours told us that Jeff Wahl’s employees were barely in the lake for 2 hrs to install the pump system in Nov 2020. They also only used rebar & tie wraps to secure the water line to the bottom of Lake Huron. Needless to say by Oct 2021 our water line was floating on the surface of the lake and beginning to freeze. We contacted Jeff Wahl in May 2022 & he assured us that he would fix the problem after May long weekend. Two weeks later - still nothing. We called to speak with him & he refused to take our calls & his receptionist confirmed he was getting my messages. On June 4th, we filed with Small Claims Court & he still hasn’t responded.
