We are a team of researchers and clinicians, who help people succeed in building strong mental and emotional health. What speaks most to who we are is our unbending determination to go beyond the call of duty to help clients achieve their goals.
Our team operates within the organization Health Factors, which is an internationally-recognized brand of mental health products, used in 23 countries by both large and small governments, universities, and private organizations. Health Factors was:
recently granted the SAMSHU status which authenticates it as an evidence-based method of practice
recipient of the United Kingdom Mental Health Innovation of the Year award.
Additionally we operate the Alive for Wellness Centre. which is a mental health retreat centre led by a skilled team of clinicians and mentors, who help people succeed in building strong mental and emotional health. We use a multi-strategy approach that incorporates Outbound Adventures with in-house core training programs that are followed by home aftercare support.
