I avoid at all costs giving bad reviews but I need to stop David from deceiving customers again. David is a contractor, this is NOT a serious company, he subcontracts whoever is available to do his jobs. David has no sense of commitment, simply "commitment" means nothing to him, he will give you an installation date which will never happen and here is why, he will spend your deposit in other jobs and will not have money to buy your stone until another naive customer comes in, this means only god knows when you will get your job done if you ever get it done. He will give you every unimaginable excuse, for him it is everyone else's fault but his. Of course I canceled the job because he never ordered my stone. I haven't got back $6,000 deposit because he spent it. I made him sign a promissory note with monthly payments to repay the money that he took from me. He ignored the payment dates. I have started the claim of the promissory note in the courts.
