La Traversée de Charlevoix is a non-profit private organization, the objective of which is to emphasize the natural resources of the hinterland of Charlevoix by the development of multi-functional paths on wild territories (Mont Dôme, Mont du Lac-à-L’Empêche and project of new trails in the sector of Lac-à-l’Écluse).
Our mission is to facilitate the free access to places where nature presents a strong potential on the ecological plan while making sensitive the outdoor lover to the protection of the fragile milieu and to the environmental problems. Our activities join to an attractive and sustainable tourism, respecting the rules of forest development.
But the leisure and sport activities we are offering depend not only on the conservation, protection and good managing of the fabulous outdoors but also on essential financial resources.
We are appealing to your generosity when using our short hike trails to help us cope with our mission. A voluntary contribution, even minimum, will give you access to more nature.
