I really needed some hands on touch therapy and for two years Trafalgar Ridge Chiropractic & Acupuncture has come to my rescue. I stopped by their clinic and had a massage booked within the hour. As the father of two small girls, I know how busy life can be. I also know that our ” busy-ness” often leads us to neglect our own health and well being. Small signs of less than optimal health often get ignored because there is simply too much to do.
