Hair gone wrong

today i got a hair cut done at this salon, I was already VERY nervous because I have not gotten my hair cut for about 2 years. I told the lady very specific instructions of what I DID and DID NOT want. I felt as if she barely listened to what I had to say before she started cutting my hair. I SPECIFICALLY told her to not cut my hair straight across the bottom, and she neglected to listen to that request. And also kept cutting my hair after i ASKED her to stop. She also never showed me how much she was taking off, which to me was very scary. I will never go back to this place because of the experience I had, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent hair cut.
