Beware of this company and Bloordale (same people). We ordered $1300 of wallpaper after ordering a sample on Etsy. We ordered through their website, not Etsy. On Etsy, the default color is linen. On their site, that’s not the case and it’s not clear. When we received the wrong color because of their confusing and conflicting sites- they refused to allow us exchange the wallpaper or work with us at all. They were also mean and condescending in our emails back and forth. Things like “I’m sorry we’re not mind readers.” Horrible. We now have $1300 of wallpaper that we cannot use. Unreal. Steer clear of this company. They’re stuff is pretty- but not worth it. There’s so much else to choose from. Also- read their responses to other bad reviews. They always blame the customer. Zero accountability.
