Description
Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience. A standard treatment is usually performed with the client laying on a massage table, fully clothed. The Reiki Practitioner lightly places her/his hands on or above the client's body in a series of hand positions, depending on what the client needs.
During this time, source energy gently flows through the practitioner's hands into the client. You may or may not feel any sensation. Outcomes are different for every treatment and results vary from client to client. Sometimes during the treatment you may feel warmth, coolness, emotional release, muscle twitches or a feeling of deep peaceful relaxation as your
body knows what to do to bring you back in balance.
