Our goal is to create a positive movement experience so you can resume and/or improve your
activities of daily living.
Company description
Each client begins their personal one on one session with a full assessment by a Registered Physiotherapist. A treatment plan will be established based upon findings and information conveyed and your journey to rehabilitation begins from here.
We specialize in movement education tailoring to your needs using the Pilates method.
Through our therapeutic/ rehabilitative Pilates, the body is able to heal faster, organs
function at a higher level, pain begins to subside and you gain a greater sense of well being.
