Monck's Landing is a 9-hole "links" style course unique to it's area (Central Ontario). I've play Monck's Landing on a fairly regular basis, and given the course's layout, scenery, challenge, condition etc. etc. I'd include this course on any list of the best values in Ontario golf. It's cheaper than its competition, and it's better than its competition - an unbeatable combination, in my view.
