I waited four months to share my experience. I received my Icon Rocklear in early December. Their staged advertisements suggest that your vehicle will be safe from winter rock chips, salt, and scratches, but in reality, it behaves just like a ceramic coating. After four months, I approached them to show the dents and marks that had appeared and to ask about warranty coverage. Although I paid for paint protection, it appears they do not take responsibility for these issues. Instead, they proposed that I pay extra for touch-ups, paint correction, and achieving a "showroom finish." I questioned why I should have to pay more when the Icon did not perform as advertised. They initially offered a free touch-up and any necessary work on my car, but I never received a call back or any further updates. There is no self-healing coating from Icon Rocklear, and it does not protect your vehicle like paint protection film (PPF). All of their advertising is simply staged, and they do not provide the protection they promise.
