Poor quality

These dirty rotten S...s are the worst florists I have ever had the misfortune to order from. I am hoping that FTD drops them as a supplier. Please don't waste your $$$ ordering from them. They deliver a poor product and have even worse customer relations skills.
I live in Ottawa & ordered flowers for my Mom for her 80th birthday. I ordered through FTD & they sent this order to Tans. Tans delivered poor product (flowers were crushed & some of the leaves were wilted). My Mom phoned to say that the flowers were of poor quality & she was hung up on by someone at the store - they did not identify themselves. I find this totally without class to hang up on a client, even more so when that client is elderly.
They deliver poor quality product & do not stand behind what they sell. To get quality flowers, do not order from Tans.
