Established in 1993, Swiss Bakery has provided Vancouver with a variety of delectable goods for over 20 years, serving the Kitsilano community in its infancy and now a staple in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Swiss Bakery cultivates baking in a European style that accentuates original and hand crafted goods, like our Artisan breads, pastries, and cakes. Swiss Bakery’s owner, Michael Siu, has over 30 years of bakery experience. Over the years, Michael has gathered a multi-ethnic outlook including Greek, German, French, and Swiss influences. In 2010, he earned Certified Master Baker status from the Retail Bakers of America. Swiss Bakery also offers wholesale service, and counts many Vancouver-area restaurants and businesses among its clientele.
