At Sweat Equity, I am happily working for you and your individual fitness needs and goals. Men and women, children or large and small groups. I excel in nutrition, rehabilitation and core stability. I have been successful in being a small business that is different than all the rest. I am a private facility that gives you the opportunity to actually be one on one, such as you would be in the comfort of your own home. Unlike an open facility gym where you may be overlooked or lost as to what to do. Or even overwhelmed. I have great classes or individual service, as well as customized programs to do on your own for fitness and nutrition. I can coach for competition, team sports and overall health, fitness and weight loss/gain. Whatever your goal is, I work for you. I have 18 years experience in the Personal Training Industry. I have over come weight gain at points of my life that have been extreme. Competed and become a national level competitor for Ontario at the Canada's.
