Beware! Sun Security in Richmond Hill installed my house security system a few years ago free but monitoring for 2 years with autopay. However, they kept charging after 2 years and not paying back after requesting by calling them a few times. I thought it should work without monitoring but it doesn’t even have a siren! Now, the system always shows red light on the control unit. All phone jack in the whole house are disable. Bell people could not fix it. I can only use a cordless phone with the base unit connected to the modem in the basement! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
