Stoked Yoga is a community dedicated to fluidity, authenticity, inspiration and grace. Founded by Margot Wyllie, Stoked Yoga Therapy has grown from flowing skier and snowboarder specific yoga at Revelstoke, BC, to an international endevour helping people reduce pain and tension, and feel more at home in their bodies, as well as all areas of their lives. Yoga therapy is a personalised process of developing awareness of habits, patterns, places of tension and compensation, and a system through which to build strength, mobility and stability.
