I purchased SquareDecko from A DISTRIBUTOR in Lethbridge, Alberta in 2013. I had their professional installer install the product over my existing wood deck. I was initially impressed with the 20 year warranty and the nice look of the product...within two years, the individual tiles started lifting up in the center of the tiles, becoming discoloured. In spring of 2017, I contacted the company and I was given a very long email from the new owner that he had just purchased the company and he was working hard to upgrade the product. He dID state that he would honour the warranty, but asked for my patience so he could arrange for me to get the new improved product and for him to arrange for a "qualified" installer here in Southern Alberta. Over the next 18 months, we emailed back and forth and each time the owner pleaded for more time and continued to assure me he was much closer to providing me with a new product. In Sept of 2018, I again emailed him as his last email in the spring promised me a product by summer..... he has not responded to my last repeated emails......I have been ignored. So, the product continues to lift and is now a tripping hazard on my deck...I guess I have no choice but to replace it with a different product at my own Cost...By the way, the lifting and discolouration of the tiles is not just a few tiles...it is most of the tiles....DO NOT PURCHSE THIS PRODUCT...IT IS GARBAGE, AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY!
