All I wanted was a shipping container. What I got was the worst experience buying something in my entire life. Spaces Storage quoted me 4 weeks wait time for a 20-foot container with lock box. I made the purchase and they showed up 12 weeks later with a container with no lock box.
This company wasted 2 months of my time, which I'll never get back, and then can't even remember to put a lock box on the container! It gets worse.
When I approached the owner Sean, he tried to downplay it, as if time isn't the most valuable thing we have in this life. He didn't apologize, refused to admit he was wrong, and definitely didn't offer reimbursement for the wasted time. I don't recommend this business to anybody.
