Angus Development Corporation is a social enterprise founded in 1995 following the closure of factories Angus in Rosemont in Montreal. At the time, the adjacent neighborhoods also were struggling with very high unemployment rates.

To turn the tide and bring employment and wealth on this vast site, Angus Development Corporation, in close collaboration with the local community, developed and set in motion a mobilizing and unifying project. Technopole Angus With nearly half of the site developed to date, the Technopole welcomes fifty companies, institutions and organizations employing more than 2000 workers in various areas of activities carriers.

Since 2006, SDA has expanded its area of intervention to other sustainable revitalization projects in urban areas. The projects 2-22 and the Carré Saint-Laurent exhibit the vision and SDA mobilization force. SDA meets as the needs of organizations whose evolution called a real estate operation.
