I am a Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in the field of mental health recovery. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of talk therapy where we, the client and therapist, work together as a team to identify and solve problems while building on personal strengths.
