Self Storage REIT is a private real estate investment trust focused on the ownership and management

of institutional quality self-storage facilities. The Self Storage REIT has been formed to assemble a portfolio of self storage income producing properties, operating from the head office located in Surrey, BC. The REIT will provide monthly income distributions for all Unitholders with the goal of producing a stable secondary source of income as well as capital gains. The REIT’s primary focus will be on the acquisition of institutional quality self storage facilities in growth sectors of Canada and the US where opportunities exist, with a secondary focus on the development of new self storage facilities.
