Really I can't give Redpoint any stars for the product quality and customer service that I encountered when I bought 130 feet of jib sheet line from them. Quality of the line was very poor, ends were unfinished, and owner of the business was unwilling to discuss or negotiate replacement unless lines was returned to him for inspection. Since we live more than 2 hours from Orillia I anticipated that sending photos of the line showing it's problems would suffice. Apparently the owner does not consider photos to be credible evidence. I will NOT deal with Redpoint for my sailboat line requirements in the future.
