Red Seal Woodworks is truly passionate about woodworking, and we have great reverence for the source; the tree. It provides us with shade, heat, oxygen, shelter and beauty. It is with great respect and thanks that we are able to benefit from this renewable resource. It is important to us to buy our lumber and sheet goods from companies that obtain their stock from responsibly harvested forests. To lessen our impact even more, we are sourcing and developing the use of reclaimed lumber, salvaged from old buildings, and even the bottom of lakes and rivers. Some old furniture contains valuable wood and/or components that can easily be dismantled and used for different reincarnations.
