Stonelizard began as a sportswear line sold in a number of specialty stores. In 2001, however, students from Saint-Stanislas secondary school approached us with the idea of creating a collection of school uniforms because they liked our style. Taking up the challenge to dress 400 students for school that year, there was no doubt in our minds that, ten years later, 47 schools would trust us with designing their collections and that close to 50, 000 students would be donning our clothes to go to school every day.
