The company was established in 2012 by Randy Mackay. He is passionate for the field of construction and is continuing to fulfill his vision of creating a high standard development company who serves both consumers and investors.

After launching the successful home building company Waverly Homes over 17 years ago, Randy has decided to venture into the highly competitive world of property development as Rand Developments. This step into development has been a natural transition for Randy, as he has several years designing and building custom homes for individual families, building income properties creating land developments. It is now time to do the same on a larger scale with the same artistic attention to detail.
