Quebec Farmers' Association, Longueuil, QC

Our head office is in Longueuil, Quebec. We keep our finger on the pulse of Quebec farming by communicating with our local branches, through our newspaper, local meetings, and correspondence. Volunteers serve on our provincial Board of Directors and are also links to local issues and challenges.
QFA has close ties with many provincial and national farming organizations including the Union des producteurs agricoles, the Canadian Federation of Agriculture and Quebec 4-H, as well as education and research institutions such as Macdonald and Kemptville Colleges.
Our monthly newspaper, the Quebec Farmers’ Advocate, is read by over 3, 000 producers, government officials and researchers. Regular contributors include the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du QuébecUnion des producteurs agricoles (UPA), the Programme d’analyse des troupeaux laitiers du Québec (MAPAQ), the (PATLQ), Nova Scotia Agricultural College, Macdonald College, Kemptville College, Miner Institute, Quebec 4-H, and the Quebec Beef Federation.
The QFA also offers translation services from English to French and French to English. Special rates are available to QFA members and UPA affiliated groups!
