Proguard Property Management, Collingwood, ON

Our condominium corporation has been dealing with Pro Guard for a number of years now. Our agent is mean spirited, unprofessional and antagonistic. She fails to respond to concerns and threatens the residents if she doesn't like what they have to say. PG has no respect for the Condominium Act of Ontario and regularly violate section 97 as well as other sections. My strongest advice is do not ever use this company, you will surely regret it.

:( very unsatisfied with how inquiries are handled. Very rude. Will come back to change rating if I see an improvement. Perhaps it is just the one employee. One can only hope.

B**** S******* at Proguard manages our Condo at Cranberry West. The company failed to log complaints left on off hours service, as a result PG fails to follow up on any issues as a result. B**** and Progurard allows residents property & cars to be damaged to go on unchecked, they will overlook residents that break Collingwood's local bylaws on weekly rentals in our particular condo. It is deemed to be long term rentals allowed for 1 month or longer. They regularly allow weekly renters. They fail to communicate to notify residents of work directly affecting your property (tree stump removal, roof work, windows cleaned) It is poorly managed if you in my opinion you could do better. PG will harass your residents with chargebacks for common areas, and over-bill them at whim. So if you are looking for an effective, management company for your condo and you want to keep your condo owners happy, but maintain the charters and rules - I would look elsewhere for a management company. Proguard is not what you are looking for.
