This guy is a bully. We contracted him to do plastering for our new home we were building. They did an average job in terms of quality and when we needed him to come back to do some obvious touch ups that were his employees fault, he demanded payment and sent a thug to knock on our door and collect payment. This guy (who drove a lowered BMW and looked like a gang member) threatened our lives unless he received cash right then and there. We of coarse called the police. The owner wouldn't come over after that. We did hired someone else to do the touch ups and sent Primrose a cheque for the remaining amount. This guy is trouble.
