Peter Schmitz, Cobourg, ON

I've lived in the Cobourg/Port Hope area of Northumberland County for over 25 years and in all that time I have listed and sold real estate. Oh sure there are ups and downs to this business, but for the most part I love getting up in the morning to ply my trade; nothing gives me more satisfaction to do my job well and to see the smiles of satisfied clients. I grew up and was educated in Toronto; I have a BA from York University. After marrying, I spent approximately 15 years living and working in western Canada and in 1988 we moved back to Ontario settling in Cobourg, my wife’s home town. We have three daughters and very recently, we became grandparents.
