Description
Peasant's Pantry has been making a variety of specialty meats and charcuterie, including fresh and smoked sausages, house-smoked ham, bacon and pâtés, since 2011. We use high quality, locally raised meat and practice nose-to-tail butchery without fillers. We are excited to be in our new shop & deli at 4491 Highway 12, New Ross! Open as of Canada Day weekend 2014, in addition to our specialty meats, we now offer butcher cuts of pork and beef, free-range chicken, local cheeses, and a menu for eat-in or take-out with emphasis on local and house-made products.
