Description
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body that map to other parts, glands, and organs of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, Reflexology aids the body to: relax, release, rejuvenate, detoxify, improve circulation, reduce stress, energize, balance; soothe, and function optimally.
A reflexologist does not diagnose, prescribe, treat for specific conditions or use tools they weren't trained to use.
