Bedbugs, fleas, terrible rude manager. If you are attracted by the pool and equipements, you'll be very disappointed. The water is terribly cold. they only open in day time when the office is open. Bug issues have never ended. I live in O building, where the neighbors upstairs and downstairs all had/have bed bugs. The 4 tenants live in the 1st floor (2 parents, 2 kids) have over 100 bits each person... I am not kidding, he and she showed me the bits on one arm. The small kids's private area was also bit, being told by his mom. The manager is terribly rude. She manipulated the pest control company to draft a fake inspection report (fleas were fond in our apt the 1st night we moved in, pest control said those were fleas, but later in the report said those were fruit flies).

Most if not all the buildings have Bed Bugs. We lost everything. Management is not doing the proper procedures for removal of the bugs and does not care to. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

Never any heat, broken doors to building entrances,kids spay painting sides of building and my vehicle,garbage in hallways,the gym equipment is broken,terrible customer service and what feels like no care or compassion for their tenants. I currently live here and cant wait to get out of this hole.

I suggest that if you are planning to rent an apartment here... you should think twice about it.... Because the service here really sucks!! I mean currently me and my family live here and they broke our glass sliding balcony door and said they would fix it by monday... a week pass since that 'monday'. and no one comes and fixes it. you go ask them "when are you going to get our door fixed?" They say, " Next monday." Another week pass.... still no one fixes it. you go ask them again and they say tomorrow for sure. but do you really believe that the door would be fixed next week? So i suggest if you don't want to go through this pain rent an apartment somewhere else, one with a better service attitude.
