I wanted to share with everyone the great service I received from Pardon and Waiver Experts. They were compassionate, professional and very friendly. My life has changed because of the work they did for me. I can't thank them enough and would recommed this company to anyone needing to seal their criminal record.
Unreasonably long time

I sent this company the deposit 9 months ago for a simple waiver application and I still have nothing.(as of this writing) I stupidly also sent the remainder.
I call them once a month or so and hear various reasons. Sometimes I get " Yes, I just got it today, I was reading it right now"
(yeah right) sometimes, " I sent that to you weeks ago, it must have gotten lost"
Other times they try to blame me.
I can't even say if they do a decent job of it because they haven't done anything. I could understand delays from the U.S. authorities BUT,
This is ALL THEM. It's been 9 months and they have not even filed yet.
NOT EVEN FILED after 9 months.
I'll try to do an update in the future if this site will allow it
