Paolini's Sausage and Meats Ltd. has been in business since 1985. We are a Calgary based sausage manufacturing facility, which secures Calgary and surrounding areas. All sausage and meat products we sell are made in house. At Paolini’s we carry a large selection of meat including 13 Cold Cults, 9 varieties of Salami, smoked hams and turkey, 3 flavours of meat loaf, 5 styles of bacon, liverwurst, and many more European delicacies. We also carry an extensive line of organic sausage which can be viewed in our Organic section.
