THE BUILDING NEEDS REPAIR THROUGHOUT... THE ONLY UPDATING DONE IN THIS BUILDING WAS OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL AND NEW BALCONIES.... EVERYTHING IN THAT BUILDING IS ORIGINAL, VERY DIRTY NEEDS CARPETING AND PAINT JOB IN ALL THE HALLWAYS. THE RECREATIONAL ROOM IN BASEMENT AS THEY CALL IT IS MOLD INFESTED HAD A FLOOD IN ROOM FEW YEARS AGO AND WAS NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED. THE INSIDE OF THE PLACE IS A DISGRACE. THERE IS NO RULES OR RESTRICTIONS TENANTS MAKING NOISE ALL HOURS OF NIGHT. LIVED THERE 1.5 YEAR AND IT WAS THE WORSE PLACE IMAGINABLE
