TERRIBLE. He is a bigot - After I confirmed what I required he asked me TWICE to call my husband to make sure. He's a liar - When I returned the product he said; That will cost you a 25% restocking fee because you used your Mastercard, which is a breach of his contract terms.

I ordered a part and payed for it by M/C. I found the part elsewhere and canceled the order the same day Neils refused to give me a full refund back because he said that the debit machine company charges him 20% for every transaction. I am working with BBB to see how I can get the 20% back. FYI they are not BBB certified that should say something about the business.
