I made an order they took the money and that’s all they did. 17 days later no shipping won’t answer emails
I had to contact the bank to put trace on email so we can get account holder name to where the e transfer was deposited
Only action now is court when the bank gives the owner of the accounts name
1120 dollars was taken and no product shipped. BE AWARE PEOPLE

I did a minor order a few months back and got it, and that was before they suddenly dipped. leaving countless furious. They say there back, and under new management, but I sent a inquiry a week ago by email. about how long their sale would be going on for, because of the bad rep right now, as i was waiting for some new reviews or just someone to reach out to me positively about them on a recent order or refund. but it's pretty dead. and inquired when their google reviews would be back. well I guess they responded somewhat because when checking the website, there is a new "Reviews" section which I swear wasn't there before. most or all of them are 5 or 4 star, around 266 or so. and they span around may to recent. and I am 100% convinced that at least half of them are fabricated or manipulated in some way. Which brings my already dwindling credibility of them down a lot more. you don't have 266 reviews pop out of nowhere, and mostly positive at that, you don't have 10 reviews a day without any break. this is basically an unknown website. there aren't even 50 reviews currently on the other review websites or any sort of media i could find.(not including the missing Google reviews) and they sure as hell didn't ask for a review when I bought some. also didn't get a reply to my inquiry, and it's still a week later. I wan't some Honest, recent reviews!

BEWARE SCAM ALERT!!!
They have stolen $122 from a senior & did not send product (July 2023). Check out their reviews! They are ripping off a lot of people.

I keep receiving emails that my e-transfer has not been sent. It has been sent and received. I put my order number in the message as requested. I have even been sent a final notice to send payment. I have emailed repeatedly but have not received a response, so as other people say, customer service is nonexistent. All I want is either my money back, or send my order.

Ordered May 12, and received 2 days of no payment received, even though I sent screen shots. Got that resolved. June 4, finally an email with tracking #. The tracking number was for an order that was delivered May 16 to somewhere in Alberta. Asked for new tracking info, no response. June 5 had an email, apology for the delay. Have asked for tracking info June 5 to today, no response, and still no order!
