National Bank - Cash at ABM only, Mississauga, ON

Poor Customer Service: I have a (new) mortgage with them from them. My Personal Banking Advisor was very hard to reach over the phone. I called and left a voicemail, she called me back after 3 days. After few days, I called again to ask to book for an appointment. Never get a call back. I called the next day, to ask if they can give me a new personal banking advisor. He stated, they're very short due the holiday. I asked how asked but after holiday? he had lots of excuses. .... in other words no banking advisor other than her. I just ended saying: "So, i guess I can't do anything but to take the same person." So disappointing. I was almost falling to move my bank to them. Thank gosh, I didn't.
