I purchased a ring from the wonderful staff at Nadons without seeing it in person. I live 8 hours away from Kap. After receiving it, I brought it to a jeweller in my home town for sizing. The jeweller in my home town fractured the ring but denied doing so. He would not even return Joeys calls to discuss the situation. I sent the ring back to Kap for Joey to assess it. He replaced the fractured diamond at no cost. I would like to commend the staff at Nadons for their service from all the phone calls pre and post buying the ring. Their caring and professionalism was amazing.
