Morty Shapiro Professional Corporation, Concord, ON

We purchased a home and Morty handled our closing. We recently started renovations to our yard and found a huge drain under a deck. I went back to look at our closing documents. When I read what we signed I could not believe what I was reading. He told us everything was straight forward. He had us sign an Indemnity Agreement that was in his favour. To make things short we found out hat in the title search he had done, showed that there was a drain on the property. Morty did nothing about it , he did not call to inform us instead he had us sign documents saying that we accept all responsibility . STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM HIS FIRM as possible. This drain is taking up half our yard. How can you do this to families.
