Still family owned and operated, the customer network includes Garden Centres and leading retailers as well as landscapers and commercial fruit growers. Head-quartered in Niagara-on-the-Lake Ontario, Mori Nurseries was founded in 1950 by Leno Mori, who continues to serve as President. The operation began with fruit trees and soon diversified into evergreens, ornamental stock, eventually growing into grafting and rooting of cuttings. Mori Nurseries, focuses on quality control as well as streamlining production and shipping methods to ensure fast and accurate delivery of the highest quality products to their customers. This wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of Mori employees who plant, maintain and harvest stock on over hundreds of acres around Niagara, with many acres in poly-houses and in greenhouses. Included in the annual production is grafted evergreens, container shade trees, potted fruit trees, clematis vines, container shrubs and thousands of perennials. Broadleaf Evergreens - including varieties of Boxwood, Euonymus, Holly, Rhododendron and Azalea. Evergreens - including many varieties of Cedar, Juniper, Spruce and Pine as well as Designer Plants. Vines - including a range of Honeysuckle, Ivy, Wisteria and an extensive selection of Clematis. Fruit Trees - including many varieties of Apples, Cherries, Nectarines, Plums, Peaches and Pears. Perennials - including an extensive range of flowering perennials, hardy ferns and ornamental grasses. These products are sold through a team of dedicated sales representatives based in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic Provinces and the Great Lake States.
