In May 2019 we had Modern Purair clean our furnace ducts. However, after they were finished, we found no difference in the amount of dust around the house. Furthermore, all FIVE of our cold air return vents were bent, meaning their employee did not remove them to ensure that a good job was done, leaving them bent. The owner of the franchise replaced them but the size of them didn't match the old vent holes. We are not very happy with the job done or the replacement vents.
