John Haralovich is a Senior Vice-President with MNP Ltd and specializes in providing tailored solutions to individuals and companies who are experiencing financial difficulties. Serving the Ottawa and Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec, he has over 28 years of financial advisory experience including corporate and consumer insolvency, strategic and day-to-day financial management, performing risk assessments and business reviews, budget preparation and analysis, and business combinations and acquisitions. He has worked in a wide variety of industries, including retail, agriculture, forestry, manufacturing, airlines, recreational, trucking, mechanics, home building, contracting, real estate, pharmaceutical, hospitality, native advisory and property management. Other areas of accomplishments include successfully negotiating additional financial commitments, extension of credit terms and/or amendments to existing credit facilities. He has also assisted various companies as Corporate Restructuring Officer, securing institutional financing and negotiating settlement of debt for both Canadian and U.S. controlled companies.
