At Mindful Movement I work with my clients on a level that is beyond just the physical body. You will learn techniques that will enable you to utilize your breath with more ease and efficiency and to develop tools that will help you to more fully inhabit your body in motion and in stillness.
I have been practicing, living and evolving this integrated approach to health and wellness since teaching my first fitness class over twenty years ago.
