Absolute pleasure to work with. Pleased that we made the choice to visit Michelsen Jewellers. I arrived with my elderly mother who needed to have two small bracelets repaired/adjusted as well as a catch on a necklace and Bob had all ready within one day for her to again treasure and enjoy. And even more of a surprise -- my mother left a small amount of old gold chains with no intention of repayment that he then said offset the cost of all work and charged nothing! Nothing could make my mother's day better and I am grateful to Bob for his attention, his understanding and his careful work. A real pleasure and highly recommended!
